Geldrop - Nanogate, a specialist in transparent plastic coatings, has launched a major partnership with Brover Bedrijfsauto’s for the supply of polycarbonate high-performance safety glass. This glazing, developed under the Nglaze brand, is used in Brover commercial vehicles, aiming to enhance the safety, durability, and aesthetics of these vehicles.
Smart technology for everyday use
Nanogate's Nglaze glazing is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate with a nano-coating. Unlike traditional glass, Nglaze glazing offers excellent protection against impacts, temperature fluctuations, and scratches – essential properties in the world of commercial vehicles.
This new glazing is specifically designed for use in load compartment partitions, side panels, cab windows, and special inspection openings in box bodies. Thanks to its high optical clarity, the outside view is excellently maintained, while the material is also resistant to break-ins, stone chips, and wear and tear.
Technical advantages of Nglaze safety glass
By using scratch-resistant coated material instead of uncoated plastic, the quality of the glazing has been significantly enhanced. Furthermore, the black border on this type of glazing is screen-printed, resulting in a much better finish than when applied manually.
Added value through collaboration
The collaboration between Nanogate and Brover is based on a shared vision: using innovative technology to improve the quality and safety of mobility solutions. Nanogate supplies custom glazing that perfectly complements the modular design of Brover's van interiors. This allows both companies to quickly respond to specific customer needs in a variety of sectors, from parcel delivery to construction and engineering.
Because Brover now sources its glazing locally, communication lines are short and it can respond quickly and flexibly to market demands, even for one-off projects, prototypes, or small production runs.
